Please check if you have document splitting active and if the profit center scenario is assigned to your leading ledger

Dear All,
We have ECC 6.0 and when I checked the Document in FB03 - Data Entry View is showing Profit Centre 1 & 2 (Line Items) while the Same document in General Ledger View is showing profit Centre 1 in both line items.
When I check the Same document in BSEG Table it is showing Profit Centre 1 & 2 (Line Items) while the same in FAGLFLEXA Table it is showing Profit Centre 1 in both line items.
Kindly explain the such behaviour of system.
