You have to open a message at the sap marketplace under component XX-SER-NET.

Recently my Internet provider suddenly change my Public IP address for some reason, after changing this Public IP address my sap router doesn't work at all and i found out that the IP registered in sap market place is the old IP address.

Could you please guide me for registration of new IP address in SAP router at ap market place?
