Sorry, but not in SAP. In the search help/matchcode there should be a personal list. Try this function.
Alternatively if you find the technical name for the search help, then ask a developer to include some special code to help with the restriction ... or you could you create your own search help .. I have done this method before for customer masters with block status.

I have set deletion indicator in one statistical internal order that had no postings (from KO02).
Is there any way to delete it completely? It is not necessary for the IO to be shown in selections.
