Dear Experts, Every month 29th we run the payroll and 30th the employees get the salary. On 30th the same month a couple of employees complained that there is a dispute in their salary, i.e there is a difference of say 100-200$. as per the company policy, every employee should get the exact salary every month and any dispute should be addressed immediately and deposit the salary to them. How can we do this? |
