Hi Smitra,

Just go to IT0007 and you can find Part Time Check Box just select it. and enter the Employment Percentage as 50% and save then check whether it reflects in IT0008 in Capacity Utilization Level.

We have part time employees means organisation needs this position only for part time

For these part time employees, IT0001 staffing percentage is maintained as 100%

In IT0007 employment percentage is maintained as well 100%

Capacity utilization as well maintained as 100% we like to change this.

I am not sure how to change the Staffing percentage in IT0001 (is it coming from OM)
