Execute transaction PC00_M99_DLGA20 , this is wage type utilization report ,
in this report go to evalution class node & in that go to Uniform allowance
, enlisted will be the wage types which have evaluation class as uniform
allowance.

You can check the RT for an employee for whom uniform allowance is coming in
form 16.
Check Evaluation class for that wage type.
