Thanks for the reply.We want to change the payroll calculation to hourly for Finland employees.
The main requirement is to change some of the employees payroll calculation in terms of number of hours worked.Upto now it is calculated according to number of days worked.

What are the changes i need to do to have the payroll calculation based on number of hours worked.
