Hi All,
Sorry for the delay in reply. The problem was on Tablespace INITIAL_EXTENTS. As of brtools by default the size is taken as 2 GB. But it should be 64K. So we deleted the table space manually and recreated using the SQL with INITIAL_EXTENT as 64K. This solved the issue.

But actually I was keep adding the datafile. Initially my source system PSAP<SID>640 has only 40 GB. As per the upgrade guide and upgrade tool instruction I made the space to 140GB. I was keep trying to add the tablespace by increasing the datafile now upto 350GB now. But still the same error is coming.
Please help to solve this issue.
Note: I created this table space manually using brtools not sure whether I made any mistakes on parameter. Please suggest.
