Hi All,
Sorry for the delay in reply. The problem was with brtools. When we created the tablespace with BRtools. The initial_extent was supposed to be created with 64KB but unfortunately it taken some wrong value.
After deleting the table space and recreating it with query it went fine without any issues.

But actually I was keep adding the datafile. Initially my source system PSAP<SID>640 has only 40 GB. As per the upgrade guide and upgrade tool instruction I made the space to 140GB. I was keep trying to add the tablespace by increasing the datafile now upto 350GB now. But still the same error is coming.
Please help to solve this issue.
Note: I created this table space manually using brtools not sure whether I made any mistakes on parameter. Please suggest.
