Thanks Caddick & Snowy,

I have increased the space of all database files and shrink the log file,
the problem is solved, now the space of log file is 96%, if I again run the
client copy, the problem can be come?

If the lige file can be shrunk then you do not need to increase disk space. However you should schedule more frequent log backups to avoid the Log file growing too large.
