Dear Toolbox Friends,
I made a copy of our US Accounts Payable SAPscript layout set to create a Canada-specific version. The US check prints duplex, putting the check on one side of the page and mailing info on the other side. Unfortunately, my copy refuses to duplex. How can this be? it's a COPY of a layout set that DOES duplex! I have checked the print mode on the page attributes of each page, and the page overview to ensure that they are in fact identical, and they are. I have re-activated the layout set and re-transported to QA several times. What am I missing?
