Subject: Personnel Areas overwrite/ change site code
I received a request to modify a Site Code in a personnel area from 1st april 2011 - the existing entry is valid until 31/03/2011 - Obviously there is no start date and no Delimit action in that table - Should I overwrite the existing entry by changing the end date and the site code ? If I try to create a copy I get an error message that the Key Entry (PA) already exist - Although if I overwrite the existing entry since I cannot create a copy what will happen to the records for employees in this PA with this Site Code? |
