Hi Michael
If you are looking to store this info in IT0021, you need to check the Feature P0021. However, addresses are usually stored in IT0006, in which case look at Feature P0006. You need to make the return code for the UK the same as the return for US, as this determines the screen that will be selected. Remember to Activate the feature after the change!

We have both US and UK employees. We plan to store emergency addresses in IT21. For US employees, IT21 has the address fields (City, State, Street, etc.), but for the UK, these fields are not appearing. I looked carefully at T588M and relevant config, but haven't been able to figure it out.
Does anyone here have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
