Hi,
You can not activated batch management in the material master, then batch
tab will not show while using Goods Receipt (Transaction MIGO) hence you can
not enter the batch number. You can recheck you business scenario.

If the batch management is not activated in the material master, then it is not feasible to enter the batch number during stock receipt via MIGO transaction. What is of your particular business scenario?
