We are using BO xi r3 client tools and when people, the development team (CIH team) is taking backup(when creating the biar file), we are getting an "unknown export failure error". Right now we just copy over reports to new reports and just do a backup on new reports. But this creates additional manual steps.
Is there a way to avoid this error.
