Yes, I have a green light with "Condition record has been found" for all three condition types in the analysis. I want only the best of the three to be applied in the sales order. But as I look more closely at my Conditions tab, in the Condition value column, I see that while all three discount amounts have been calculated and are displayed, only the best one is blue and it is the only one that has been subtracted from my price. I was expecting only the best one to display. Sorry for my panic, this is now just a training issue for my Customer Service staff. Thank you everyone for assisting.

I could use some help getting my condition exclusion group to work. I have three discount condition types. I want the best of the three discounts to be applied to my order. Here is what I have done.
Created condition exclusion group Z001
Assigned three condition types to the exclusion group (ZA01, ZA02, ZAPM)
Assigned condition exclusion group to pricing procedure ZCB01 with step 10, Rule A, condition exclusion group1 = Z001
All three condition types are assigned to requirement 2 on pricing procedure ZCB01
All three condition types are Discount, Negative, Percentage
All three condition types have no scales type assigned
All three condition types have no exclusion indicator assigned
All relevant condition records for my test order have no exclusion indicator assigned
On my test order, all three condition types are being applied instead of just the one with the best discount. What have I missed? |
