Actually in my system even if I maintain a material value in MM02 then MM60 still appears as 0.00. Maybe something is different in your system? Note, for these material no stock movements have been conducted.

The question is that,
A new material , XXX, is created with its price indicator = v, and moving average price and standard price
Stock=0
XXX has a BOM and a production oder
MM60 dispays the XXX's price=0
After a production order of XXX is confirmed, the MM60 displays the correct moving average price.
I don't know the reason why MM60 can't dispay XXX's moving average price as the same as material master data's ?
