For a regular pattern of working times, create PWS which can have one or more weeks. For example, for a weekly pattern which is common for normal workers, a PWS has just one week. For a rotating shift, a PWS may have 2 or more weeks. If it has 2 weeks, then the 3rd week is same as 1st week. A PWS can be used in one or more WSR's. A WSR can start at any required point or day in a PWS. When an employee needs a one-off change in the WSR he/she is assigned to, then the administrator would enter a substitution. Many time infotypes can be entered in a list entry or TMW. Hope this helps. Regards, JG
