We had this problem after refreshing a client using TDMS. We resolved it as follows.
1) Issues with Service for Objects – SAP resolved – Run Program RSSOPRRP
2) Issues with Business Workplace error – SAP resolved – Run program RSSOUSFD

Subject: SAP business workplace mail not working
Hi guys
Sap business workplace mail isn't working .When I click on any of the folders they disappear and i get the massage eg if i click on inbox folder I get 'folder inbox is no longer available' and so on to other folders.
We can't send or receive mails.
But the mail service was working before
We are SAP ECC6.0 and ORACLE ??10.0.2.0.4 AND OS IS WINDOW NT.the kernel release is 701.
The thing is we have done several remote client copies and one wasn't successful .
I'm new to basis so have no idea what could have happened.
Any assistance or suggestions will be appreciated |
