SGEN!? The SGEN is an activity that is recommended to do after the adjustment of Oracle parameters!

The problem was solved!

This system has the following version components:
SAP_ABA 702 0007
SAP_BASIS 702 0007
PI_BASIS 702 0007
SAP_BW 702 0007
BI_CONT 705 0003

I read this note 1523173 - Deactivating old source code, and is mentioned here that was "deactivated", not only RSORADJV but also other reports/programs as of SAPKB70207.
