Hi,
This means that Oracle support will still be provided... but for an additional fee. More detail to come later in another SAP note.
Anyways, Oracle 11g is a good upgrade to do, why wait and pay more for an older version?

I´m using SAP ECC 6 with Oracle 10.2 according with the note I should upgrade it to Oracle 11.2, right?
I´m not sure what would happen if I didn't upgrade Oracle.
This section of the note is not clear for me:
Details for SAP customers about the chargeable Oracle 10.2 Extended Support will be provided in a separate note in the Q1/2011. Oracle will provide Extended Support for Oracle 10.2 until 31.07.13.
