the size of the database will increase nearly 80% of your production system. So you need the space that much.

Subject: Client copy import filed in development server

Dear gurus,
I am facing problem while i am doing client import in development server.

Details :production client export successful & the size of transports is 13.1gb
total production data base size is 360GB

STEPS FOLLOWED.

copied production exported data(ALL 3 TRANSPORTS 13.1GB) into data & co files in development server .

First time when we tried client import (when 7gb is free )it is failed due to space issue

And we increased 20 GB in HDD with auto growth set in datafile .It takes full 20 GB & it is failed.

Again we increased 30 GB in Hdd with auto growth set in datafile.it takes full 30 GB & it is failed with same error .
