Thanks for reply. Yes , we can do through transports.
My question is , is it possible to move only the ABAP source codes(without obstructing the existing ABAP objects) to target system. We have around 2000 ABAP codes in the source system , some of them are missing in target system or not the latest code in the target system.

Well, I guess you mean some other solution than the obvious way of transferring code and customizing between systems, which of course would be to use the transport system.
Or are you just not familiar with the transport system?
