When I go to UD, for a lot of inspection, I get the following message:
Diagnosis: An error has occurred in the quality score calculation
System Response: The return code 20 was shown in the error message. The return codes have the following meanings:
4= lower limit for good quality not maintained in customizing
20 = No characteristic results acailable
Procedure: Ensure that the error is rectified, and carry out another quality score calculation.
How I can correct this error?
