Hi All,
We have a custom report showing staff strength of the entire company as well as the various divisions of the company as on a given day in a custom format. The report is based on Org Structure data and OM (PA0001) data.
The strength as on 01/03/2011 was found to be different when the report was run on 04/03/2011 and 11/03/2011. The reason for the difference was that 10 new employees joined the company on 09/03/2011. The Actions/OM/Basic Pay entries were made with starting date 01/03/2011 as these employees were to be considered as in service from 01/03/2011 and are to be paid salary w.e.f 01/03/2011. But since these employees were not physically present as on 01/03/2011 they should not be included in the staff strength as on 01/03/2011.
How can this situation be taken care of?
