Few things: 1. Check OVKK: Sales Org + Dis. Channel + Division + Doc. Pricing Procedure + Customer pricing procedure + Your pricing procedure + Your Condition type. 2. Check VOV8: In Transaction flow field: make sure document pricing procedure is maintained in your document type. 3. Check V/06: In Master data field: make sure your pricing procedure is assigned in your condition type. it should be the same as you assigned in step 1 above. 4. Check XD02: Check for customer pricing procedure. It should be the same as you assigned in step 1 above. Thanks.
