Hi Matt The SAP response is normal. You need to enter for both days - for 1 - 10 am and the next day's WS. Regards, JG
| | | ---------------Original Message--------------- From: idcamsn Sent: Tuesday, March 01, 2011 3:50 PM Subject: WSR and Time Entry We are having an issue with time entry using time clocks and CAT2. We operate 24/7 and employees can be called into work at any time during the day. If an employee normally works from 8:00am - 4:00pm, this is the work schedule they are assigned. However, if the employee is called back into work at 1:00am and works until 10:00am the system is changing the out punch to 8:00am. I have tried different work schedules and it seems to always change the out punch to the "scheduled" in punch in this type of scenario. I know that the employees should be placed on the correct schedule via substitution, but this is a manual process that will be missed every once in a while. Is there a way to configure the system to accept the punches and NOT change them based on their schedule? Any help here would be greatly appreciated!
