IT 2002 collision check should include subtype. Check V_T582A.
It hsould be possible to enter different subtypes of IT 2002 on one day, if you enter from & to times.

Will appreciate if somebody can help me with understanding IT2002 functionality with respect to "full day" indicator.
When an attendance(0100) is recorded in IT2002 from say 01.03.2011 till 05.03.2011, SAP automatically marks all 5 days as "full day". But where as when same attendance(0100) is recorded for a single day , say 01.03.2011,SAP gives a choice to unmark "full day". Is there a way to stop SAP marking all 5 days of attendance as "full day" and instead record attendance in hours as per the WSR for all 5 days.We have configured Att-0100 for less than a day already.
We have a business requirement, where an EE should be able to enter 2 attendances(0100 & 0200) on the same date. And should have all 0100 days in one record (like for 5 days it should be single record (01.03.2011 till 05.03.2011) and employee should also be able to enter 0200 for say 05.02.2011. Total number of hours on 05.03.2011 would be (8 hours) 0100 + (3 hours) 0200 = 11 hours.
I have also tried creating substitutions for 05.02.2011 for 24hrs, but it still doesn't work and gives a collision error.
Is there any way to achieve this?
Any help or pointers are much appreciated.
