Hi pankaj
I have also faced same issue as you. Please check once DB listener service should be
automatic. This problem comes when you have done some upgrade activity on os
db or sap level.

I was trying to start SAPMMC but there were no green signal in work+disp and
all directories were not showing properly except saposcol even r3 trans also
then I was go through trace and find out the exact problem and when I go in
sql mode.
There were lsnrctl but not running once I have gone through lsnrctl start
then every thing has taken properly placed.
After that disp+work was getting green signal it means now user can connect
through GUI.
Really its a good experience for me.
