Thanks for the response! We don't have any WTs assigned either and also use the 10HAR. It is good to know that we at least have the same setup.
We do copy the standard HR_F_W2 so that we can customize a few things, like adding a couple other reports. We are also using the HR_F_W2_MULT_SS form, but it appears wrong on all of the forms.

Hello Experts!
In an effort to resolve a W2 Box 12 Code issue, I am wondering. If through the IMG you go to Payroll, US, Tax Reporter, Tax Form groups, Defining Tax Form Groups for Non-tax wage types, Country 10... if you go to W2CC, what do you see for assigned wage types? Anything?
We are having a problem with the CC code not showing up on the W2 Box 12. The correct $ amount is there, but instead of CC and differing numeric code shows instead.
