Connect to the windows box and check whether the TMS profile is accessible here E:\usr\sap\trans\bin\

We are running a 3 system landscape and have both AFS and Retail modules of SAP Installed on all the servers. Our production server is acting as domain controller. Since last two days we are facing a problem in transport of requests from Development Server to the Quality Server as it is giving the following error:

Transport control program tp ended with error code 0
Errors: error in transportprofil (param missing,
unknown,.

System NUD Cmnd TMS_MGR_READ_TRANSPORT_QUEUE
Client 000 Service Transport Service
User TMSADM Start Online
Date 07.01.2011 Function TMS_TP_SHOW_BUFFER
Time 15:30:00 Message TP_REPORTED_ERROR

I have also run the report "RSTPTEST" via SA38. It is showing the following errors:
