I think the issue here is that Payforce can process data from the it 14/15 idocs to get the recurring payments started but they need and explicit stop when the payments end. The idoc sends the end date but SAP does not send an IDOC with a defined field to notify Payforce the payments should end. I have dealt with this at 2 companies. One choose to work with ADP to accept another field defined on the outsourcing infotype that is sent when the recurring payment end date is reached and the other manually adjusted the field sin Payforce based on a report run I SAP. The second company was small and had very few changes for recurring payments. Greg Robinette, CISM 757-407-7683 or 434-263-6942 Fax: 757-204-2038

We are not running payroll in house and the whole purpose of ADP outsourcing workbench to let them process what is already in SAP master and the part of PU12 OTMU standard IDOC output (which 14 and 15 are). But they are claiming that Payforce software (which ADP offered) is not designed to process recurring payments etc. If you familiar with the Payforce, please advise what solution we must implement or may be just get different software.
