Yes I've already created service PR with account assignment category P. But when I'm trying to create commitment plan in a contract (Contract was created with respect to the said service PR), system is showing the above mentioned error.
In our company, it is not recommended to create service PR without account assignment. So it is mandatory to create service PR with account assignment. It is required to maintain commitment plan in contract for line items, already having account assignment.

I've activated commitment plan for contract. But while creating service contract with reference to Service PR , system is showing error
" Account assignment for item 00001 already exists
Message no. MECP009".
It is not possible to create service PR without account assignment. So how can we create the service contract with respect to service PR & maintain its commitment plan?
It'll be very helpful if anyone can suggest how the WBS budget flows from Service PR to Service Contract & Service Contract to Service Order.
