Hi,
My requirement is to setup customer hierarchy in CRM system , so that the same can be used in Opportunities.
So I create an opportunity , then enter the partner 2 , then system should automatically pickup Partner 1 by referring to the group hierarchy .
I have created a new hierarchy BL . Then setup Partner 1 at the highest level and partner 2 as the next node .
Then assigned partners to each of the above nodes .
I have created a new access sequence for Partner 1 .
With Source as "Group hierarchy for partner "
Source :
Partner function : Partner 2
Please help me with the setup .
While entering an opportunity is there someplace where i can see the accesses the system went through , just like the analysis tab in pricing |
