I'd suggest:
a)Look at OSS notes dealing with the problem.
b)If you can't find any, raise an OSS message with all details of your config, the context of the problem, details of input and output, messages, the details in ST22 txn for your dump.
Please note when you log an OSS message to SAP, you need to persist with answers to their questions till you get a satisfactory response/resolution.
