Hi Experts,
We are experiencing inconsistencies between the quota record in IT 2006 and table PTQUODED. In my scenario IT2006 displays 35 days quota deduction which is insync with the records found in IT2001. However, PTQUODED has additional 28 days deduction when seen through transaction PT50. These deductions are not tagged to any absence type. This causes an error in leave applications since it tags a quota with negative balance.
I have found it impossible to reproduce these inconsistencies in the test environments. We currently use a workaround of fixing the inconsistencies using report RPTBPC10 every time the error is reported by users.
I would like to seek your inputs on the possible cause of this issue and how to permanently resolve it. We are using workflows to for our leave application processes. We are currently in SAP ERP 5.0. |
