Thank you so much for the quick reply...I tried everything on 000 with ddic..Now I again went to DICO and Deleted which was showing green..Now that problem solved...But when ever i tried to add the domain it says could not create file
\\,host.\sapmnt\trans\bin\DOMAIN.CFG..I checked the authorization..its fine

Then logon to the Transport Domain controller client '000' and Start Tx STMS.
Make sure you create this as a Domain controller. Does this work so far?
