Hi David,
Yes the system is now working when I revert the SAPLOCALHOST from C:\usr\sap\<SID>\sys\profile\ <hostname_<SID>_DVEBMG02.txt to its original name which is the hostname alone without the domain and then I restarted the system and it goes green. Thanks.

I've changed SAPLOCALHOST in RZ10 to follow the correct FQDN. After restarting the system, database & SAP<ID>02 from services.msc, disp+work.exe doesnt up.
