Ok,

Now I understand.

It is necessary to import, then, with the object created, it is necessary to make a copy transport request and, in that request, enter in the package and change the transport layer to SAP (like in the note).
Then, it will be necessary to create a request and add this change to the request. And then in the Prod system, it will be available to make the import of this request (but it is necessary to make after the import of the provided SAP request.
