What note are you implementing? Usually you can't change the transport Layer of a released transport request.

Change manually the transport layer of the imported package ID-SIGN-PT to "SAP".
My question is, I've made the copy of the K* and R* to the respective directories on Dev system. Then got to STMS and added the request, and then what to do?
