Hi Sanjay, Thanks a lot for your answer. You are right....and that's what IT guys told me. I am just a business guy and do not know in technical details how SAP is working. That's why I am asking the questions here. Which manual freights and journal positing related to freight can be possible? I mean I do not even understand "what is the meaning of manual freight " in SAP and "Journal Entry related to Freight". Do you have some examples?

Is there a way we can have record type B also in my sales transaction?

Thanks & regards,
GSK.

Freight cost can be calculated using the costing sheet based on quantity or sales value in CO-PA. Check the valuation using CO-PA. As mentioned by your statement that the record type that you have selected is 'F" not B.

Sanajy
