Bruce, this worked like a charm . Once the text is uploaded setting the formats was relatively easy.
Thanks to everyone for giving their inputs so promptly. I definitely liked the Tips and Tricks and learned a couple of things in the process.

Go to Tcode SO10, display the text. Then go to menu "TEXT/DOWNLOAD". Download to a presentation file.
In development:
Go to Tcode SO10, create (or change) the text. Then go to menu "TEXT/UPLOAD". Upload the presentation file.
