Clear suggestion - Don't delete deliveries.

Once you've interfaced the delivery to the external WMS they effectively own
it. Ask the partner to delete it in there system and send you a delete
message. Both systems in step and the most important system (at this point
in the chain) has the delivery removed first. Imagine if you delete it,
prepare the IDOC and send it to them and that crosses with a pick, pgi
confirmation from them - all hell breaks loose.

If you still wanted to do it you are in to some custom development I think
as you would need to store the deleted delivery number somewhere in a custom
table to be able to load it in to the idoc. Feels really horrid.
