Hi Didik,

It is a normal process to sometimes add additional indexes especially after an upgrade. SAP does not automatically create all your secondary indexes.

Use TX SM50 to determine which table you see a lot of sequential reads, and taking a long time. Double click on the process and you will see the SQL statement and first check that the table statistics are up to date and then see if an optimal index exists.

Creating index is sometimes fast solution (providing you know which field
need to be indexed)

but normally SAP will take care of this (which field of table need to be
indexed)

if I were you, I will double check and asking confirmation from SAP Support
for necessity of indexing the field.

another thing normally creating index will increase index table space
