In Aus payroll, SAP has provided
(a)one pgm to (i)read the vacation records, (ii)create PIA w/t's which can be both payments and deductions in Q3 cluster
(b)function QADVI used in the subschema similar to UAL0 to - (i)read Q3, (ii)import the advance pay w/t's to pay in a period before vacation, (iii)reverse the w/t's during the vacation periods.
You'd need something like that.
In the last 2m, I have posted a response on this subject of paying an employee's pay in advance (PIA). I suggest you look into that.
