In case if you assigned new work schedule to an ee it reads one day old w s ,ensure you generated old work schedule rule.

Please check WSR has been generated from the day retro calc is set.
This is the problem comes either due to wrong configuration of WSR or WSR is
not generated for the period TE starts and runs upto.
