Hi Joao..
Generally,
It is possible to install using SAINT, especially last time no 32 bit
support for EHPI (now EHPI support 32 bit).
In some certain cases when you cant use EHPI you can use SAINT but you need
to enter password for each components that you want to install / upgrade.
In your case, seems that your system doesn't have CA usage type installed.

I am not sure if this queue of HR and EA components can be imported with
SPAM/SAINT like you said... Today I read some documents and guides about Enhancement Packages and EHP 4. In URL https://websmp104.sap-ag.de/ehp-inst in section "SAP enhancement packages for SAP ERP 6.0" at Key Documents - "SAP enhancement package technology facts"... I read this .PDF and it is mentioned in page 50 the following information of prerequisite on use the transaction SAINT:
"- Prerequisites:
The EHP4 Technical Usage "Central Applications" must be already installed
- Disadvantages:
Longer downtime compared with EHP Installer
Limited possibilities to reset installation
- Advantage:
Shorter total runtime for small installation queues (few packages and/orsmall packages)"
The problem here is there are no Central Applications installed in our system, because some mouths ago, during the EHP4 upgrade, we only installed three Technical Usage which were: Strategic Enterprise Management ; Catch Weight Management and Financial Supply Chain Mgmt! Soas you realize, we can?t perform this importing process of this SP?s (with upgrade of HR and EA components to version 604) with SAINT but instead we have to use the EPH Installer!
What you have to say...? I?m right? It?s only possible to make this with EHPI...!
