Hi Vivek,
In that case go to the following screen:
IMG-->Controlling-->Internal Order-->Budgeting and Availability Control-->Maintain Budget Proflie
(here you maintain a profile for your controlling area)
Then you go to
IMG-->Controlling-->Internal Order-->Budgeting and Availability Control-->Define Tolerrance Limits for Availability Control
(here against your profile maintain active message type 'E", which error with termination. this will then not allow you to go ahead if it
exceeds your usage which you define here also say 100%)
