Hi Thommo
Your best bet would be to use Structural Auths, defining an Auth Profile for each Company (I am assuming these companies don't cross over in the Org Structure). That way you can have exactly the same authorization that can only maintain specific companies (or at points within the Org Structure).

Plan Version wouldn't be a good idea...
