Thank you very much for the response. Yes, this will be a permanent exclusion. The reason is because an employee must have permanent status in order to be eligible for the accrual. Some employees are temporary, therefore will not be eligible.

Is there a way to prevent the transfer from occurring? I see in the time evaluation process that the accrual posts on 06/30 and then transfers to It2006 on 7/1.

Is it possible to create a PCR instead? In order for us to create a new employee subgroup grouping, that will involve a large project effort, and my company is looking to avoid that.

Thank you again for your assistance.

Hi Stephanie,

I'm not sure what's your reason to exclude an employee subgroup from receiving this accrual. Is this to be temporary or is it a permanent exclusion? If it's a permanent exclusion, it will be best to group this employee subgroup under a separate employee subgroup grouping for Time Quotas.

Hope this helps.

Rgds,
CL

> We have employees that are eligible to earn a personal holiday each fiscal year. Accruals are posted through time evaluation using Quota in the schema. All employees are in the same employee subgroup grouping, personal subarea grouping and quota group for quota accruals. The current rule is set up to transfer the accrual to IT2006. Time evaluation requires all employees to have an IT0041 created.
